I passed my real estate license exam 4 years ago and embarked on my journey into real estate.

Or so I thought!

Just as I began my second year in real estate, Covid 19 showed up and the world ground to a halt (or at least New York state did).

Getting started in real estate is hard enough (87% of agents fail within 5 years). Getting started during a pandemic is almost impossible!

But I pressed on through the pandemic, experiencing modest success despite all the rules and restrictions.

Real estate is tough, but it’s fun! I love showing houses most of all I love telling seller’s they have a great offer, and buyer’s that they have an accepted offer!

I’ve learned the real estate is all about building relationships, something that I really enjoy. I have met countless wonderful people and forged life long friendships during the process of home buying or selling.
