I’ve encountered some crazy weight loss ideas over the years so I decided to do a post about 3 of the worst. Weight loss isn’t brain surgery, but if you’re doing any or all of these things you likely aren’t getting too far, assuming you haven’t given up already. 

It’s easy to get caught in the trap of comparing my behind-the-scenes to everyone else’s highlight reel. I love reading biographies and it always amazes me how many ‘successful’ people weren’t successful at all for a very long time. 

Maybe it’s the trap of a society bent on instant gratification. Maybe it’s just impatience. Who knows? I trust that if I keep plugging away my highlight reel will begin rolling!
