All the experts telling us how to eat and how much to exercise to work off our Thanksgiving meal can stick it. You aren’t out of shape because of Thanksgiving dinner. You’re out of shape because of the work you didn’t do in the 364 days leading up to Thanksgiving. 

You don’t get out of shape or lose your gains on Thanksgiving. If you believe that, you don’t need a personal trainer, you need a psychiatrist.

Common sense. Perspective. Don’t give in to marketing hype.
